Pricing

All quotes are tailored to the individual events, and include the pre event meeting, travelling and expenses. Prices usually start at around 225 pounds and charity events 150 pounds.

Terms & Conditions

A 50 pound non returnable booking fee is required to book Stuart. The balance is payable 14 working days prior to the event. If paying by cheques, the balance must be cleared 14 working days prior to the event. If any cheques have insufficent funds, all financial penalties paid by Stuart's bank is payable by the client and Stuart has the right to cancel his attendance at the event. Stuart will honour all contracts where the balance has been paid.

If for any reason beyond Stuart's control, he cannot attend through illness or injury or any other scenario on the day of the event, he will attempt to find another toastmaster. If no toastmaster can be found, a full refund will be given and due notice wherever possible will be given for any arising problems.

Due to the length of the day, a main course meal is to be provided. The best time for Stuart to eat is during the wedding breakfast or the event's dinner in a convenient room nearby. A supply of bottled water is also required throughout the day as dehydration affects the voice. Apon arrival, a room should be provided by the host for Stuart to change in. A disabled toilet or any another toilet is not acceptable. Stuart has important and expensive equipment and clothes and prides himself on his appearance, and therefore to reach these high standards, a room is required. Please liaise with the venue beforehand to arrange this. If no arrangements can be made with the venue or you are experiencing dificcultes in doing this, please contact Stuart as soon as possible on the mobile number provided.

These terms and conditions are applicable on the payment of the non returnable booking fee.
